Vice President of Community and Business Engagement, RMA Headquarters

The Vice President of Community and Business Engagement (VP CBE) is responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with local governments, public service departments, and both large and small businesses in the communities where Rescue Mission Alliance operates. This role is essential in fostering partnerships that enhance RMA’s ability to serve those in need, expanding community support, and increasing collaboration with external stakeholders. The VP CBE will act as a primary ambassador of RMA, ensuring that the organization’s mission and impact are well understood and supported by community leaders and business partners. This is a full-time, exempt position, in Oxnard, CA. Compensation is commensurate with skills and experience.
