Case Manager, San Fernando Valley

The primary role of the Case Manager is to provide support, guidance, and the necessary tools for the guests to live a healthy and independent lifestyle: physically, emotionally and spiritually. This is a full time regular non-exempt position in Northridge, CA. reporting to the Program Manager, and is eligible for overtime and benefits according to applicable guidelines. Compensation is commensurate with skills and experience.
