Vice President of Ministries, RMA Headquarters
The Vice President of Ministries is responsible to oversee the development and implementation of all services provided through Rescue Mission Alliance in response to the community needs and in alignment with RMA’s mission, vision, and values The Vice President will be responsible for planning and goal setting, program organization, budgeting, decision making, personnel recruiting and motivation, training, and ministry development. The Vice President will collaborate with local churches, agencies, school districts, and government boards to affect an integrated program capable of meeting the felt needs within the community and facilitate and model commitment to the ministry of fund-raising.
This is a full-time, exempt position located in Oxnard, CA, and reports to the RMA CEO, and serves on the Executive Team. This role requires balancing time between office work and travel. The Vice President of Ministries will require three days a week in person at the RMA Headquarters and two days traveling to various ministry sites to ensure operational excellence, build relationships, and support onsite activities. Compensation is commensurate with skills and experience and includes benefits.
