Volunteer Coordinator, Central Coast

The Volunteer and Outreach Coordinator (VOC) manages all volunteer activities at Rescue Mission Alliance Central Coast (RMACC), including recruitment, onboarding, training, care, and data tracking. This role focuses on building a sustainable network of short-term volunteers and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The VC also oversees major events, conducts outreach to vulnerable populations using community resources and partnerships, and collaborates with program staff to support Life Recovery Program (LRP) residents. Responsibilities include resource tracking, client progress monitoring, social media assistance, and newsletter contributions. This is a regular full-time, non-exempt position located in Santa Maria, CA, reporting to the Director of RMACC. Compensation is commensurate with skills and experience, and the position is eligible for overtime and benefits.
